This class is for beginners who want a clear, practical introduction to the cards without jumping into an advanced course.
You’ll learn how the deck is structured: Major Arcana, Minor Arcana, and the four suits, how to approach a reading, how to clear your deck, how to shuffle, pull cards, set an intention for a reading and how to begin interpreting cards with more confidence.
You will not be expected to memorize the whole deck, complete a full reading, or become an expert in one class.

Learn how a tarot deck is structured, including the difference between the Major Arcana and Minor Arcana, and how suits, numbers, and imagery can guide interpretation.
The reading
Practice how to ask grounded questions, pull cards with intention, and use a simple beginner-friendly spread you can return to at home.

Hi, I'm Samantha, founder of Aphrodite Energy. For the past 7 years, I've worked with tarot, psychic readings, Reiki, and intuitive energy work, helping clients find clarity and connect with their own intuition.
I created this class because tarot doesn't have to feel complicated or out of reach. My goal is to give you a clear, comfortable starting point, so you leave feeling confident picking up your cards and beginning your own practice.

Do I need to bring a tarot deck?
If you choose the $44 class-only option, yes, bring your deck to class with you. If you want a deck included, choose the $77 class + starter kit option.
What is included in the starter kit?
The starter kit includes the class plus a take-home tarot deck, so you can keep practicing after the class. An extended workbook and cleansing tools to help you cleanse your deck at home and before readings.
Will I learn to read tarot professionally?
No. This class is an introduction. You will learn the basics and practice a simple beginner reading, but it is not a full professional reader training.
What should I bring?
Bring yourself, something to write with, and a notebook if you like to take notes. If you are choosing the class only do not forget to bring your tarot deck!
What if I feel nervous?
That is completely welcome. Many beginners feel unsure at first. The class is designed to be slow, clear, and supportive.
